Shipping policy

· Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt.
· Please keep the proof of delivery receipt signed and confirmed by the customer.
· Items/goods will be delivered through our own fleet of drivers within 1-2 days for local deliveries.
· Orders under AED150 have a AED20 delivery charge. Anything over AED150 is free delivery.
· Local delivery times: 9 - 6 pm
